Tiramisu with the pan of spain
Instructions
Cut the sponge Spain in two discs and wet with coffee.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add 2 tablespoons mascarpone, rum, 2 egg whites mounted to snow.
Fill the Pan of Spain, placed in a mold opening lined with greaseproof paper, with half of the cream, cover with the other half and put it in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
When serving remove from the mold and cover with cocoa.

- 1 pan of spain by 22 cm in diameter
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 400 g of mascarpone
- Strong espresso coffee sweetened
- Rum
