Instructions
In a saucepan, Beat egg yolks well with sugar, add the marsala, stirring, and let warm up.
When the mixture has thickened (it should not boil!), the zabaglione is ready.
Add the rum to coffee and imbevete, a little at a time, cookies, then sheets in a pan, pour over a layer of zabaglione.
Whip the cream soda well, add the icing sugar and stendetene a layer above the zabaglione.
Repeat the operation by a new layer: biscuits, zabaglione, whipped cream, subject to availability of products.
To finish, sprinkle the cocoa rain, using a colander.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 125 g of sugar
- 400 g of whipping cream
- 300 g of biscuits pavesini type
- 40 g of cocoa powder
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 cups of coffee
- 1 dram of rum
- 6 tablespoons of marsala wine
- 1 sachet of icing sugar
