Toast with tuna and spinach
Instructions
Drain tuna, frullatelo with capers until you obtain a smooth cream and put it in the refrigerator.
Boil the eggs, Peel and cut into slices.
Clean the spinach, wash them thoroughly and then drain them.
Wash the tomatoes and slice them up.
Toasted bread, keeping it soft within.
Distributed on six slices of tuna cream, its two tablespoons.
Add spinach, mayonnaise mixed with yoghurt, eggs, some chopped basil leaves and tomato slices.
Spread the remaining bread slices with tuna cream by hand, stack and serve.

- 12 slices of cassette integral bread
- 300 g of ventresca di tonno in olive oil
- 100 g of spinach novelli
- 3 firm ripe tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of thick yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of capers
- 1 sprig of basil
