Fresh tuna with sweet peppers
Instructions
Marinate the tuna slices with lemon juice, salt, pepper, herbs.
Place them in a baking dish.
Roast and peel the peppers; reduce them into strips and arrange them around the fish.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with the oil, a little water and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

- 3 lemons
- 3 red peppers
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 handful of fresh sage leaves
- 1 handful of fresh marjoram leaves
- Unrefined sea salt
- White pepper
