Instructions
Work the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the melted butter and flour sifted.
In another bowl, whip egg whites until foamy and merge the 2 compounds.
Meanwhile, heat the milk in a pan where it will dissolve the cocoa, which soon will be poured into the cooled mixture.
After incorporating the yeast, working everything together and pour into a baking pan previously greased with butter and bake at 180 degrees.
Let rest before serving.
Serve with cream or cold, sprinkled with icing sugar.

- 150 g of butter (or margarine)
- 175 g of sugar
- 120 g of flour
- 150 g of milk
- 75 g of cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet of yeast
- To serve:
- Cream (or icing sugar)
