Sienese cake
Instructions
Heat the milk, add the rice and sugar.
Cook until the milk is absorbed, allow to cool, then add eggs, raisins, walnuts walnuts, pine nuts, butter, baking powder and lemon peel grated and mix everything.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mould and bake in the oven already warm in 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve the pie cold.
