Instructions

Chop the chocolate and melt it in a Bain-Marie.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Stir the melted chocolate butter, remove from heat, add the chocolate, egg yolks, flour and finally chopped marrons glacés, mixing together all the ingredients.

Whip the egg whites with sugar and blend the mixture.

Transferred everything in a pan covered with parchment paper and bake in hot oven at 150 degrees for about an hour.

Drafted and sprinkle with cocoa.

Serve the pie cold.
