Forest cake
Instructions
Let thaw the pastry.
Turn on the oven to 180 degrees.
Roll the dough disk and place it: in a pan greased and floured.
Stamped on the bottom with a fork, cover with a sheet of parchment paper or aluminum foil, filled with dried beans or rice so that you don't raise cooking and simmer for about 40 minutes, then let cool.
Meanwhile prepare the cream.
In a bowl beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla, Add flour and milk, whipping the mixture with a whisk.
Place over heat and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
Then let it cool.
Wash and peel the berries.
Pour the cream on the pie, spread it evenly and complete with gelatine.
Decorated with berries and keep in a cool place until ready to serve.

- 300 g of frozen shortcrust pastry
- 100 g of sugar
- 50 g of flour
- 4 egg yolks
- 50 cl of milk
- 1 envelope of vanillin
- 1/2 jar of gelatin
- 3 tubs of mixed berries
