Cocoa cake with nutella
Instructions
In a bowl beat the egg yolks with sugar, Add flour, cocoa and half of whipped egg whites.
Stir the mixture and add the rest of the egg whites not mounted.
Melt the butter in a small frying pan and when it has cooled add to mixture and stir.
Grease and flour a round Tin with a diameter of about 20 cm and pour in the mixture and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Place the cake on a plane and refrigerate, then cut horizontally so you get two discs.
Cover the surface of one of the disks with plenty of Chocolate and place the disc over that stuffed.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.

- 200 g of flour
- 150 g of sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- Nutella
