Brown and pineapple cake
Instructions
Whip the butter until foamy, add the egg yolks and sugar; beat for a long time and then add the flour, baking powder, milk and egg whites.
Pour the mixture into a buttered pan and bake for 1 hour.
Meanwhile boil the chestnuts and cut it into mashed potatoes; Add a tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons pineapple juice.
With half of this cream filled cake, while the remainder cover the cake also adding pineapple pieces.
Garnish with whipped cream and placed atop a sweet slice of pineapple with a brown.
