Instructions
Combine water, milk and rice in a pot to moderate fire until the complete absorption of the liquid and allow it to cool.
Beat the softened butter with half the sugar and add the egg yolks one at a time while continuing to turn.
Add to rice mixture along with chocolate, raisins squeezed and whipped egg whites with the sugar previously was mixing with a spoon from the bottom upwards gently.
Pour the entire contents into a greased baking lightly sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

- 1 glass of rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 glass of milk
- 100 g of sugar
- 50 g of chocolate flakes
- 50 g of raisins softened in rum
- 50 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- Breadcrumbs
