Monia cake
Instructions
Prepare the pan by Spain and the custard as indicated in the recipes.
Peel the fruit, cut into slices strawberries, Peel the banana and thin slices setting.
In a bowl, whip the cream soda well using the electric mixer, and then dolcificatela with six tablespoons sugar.
Cut in half the Spain loaf horizontally, so as to obtain two equal disks.
Place the base plate on a serving dish, lie over half of custard and a thin layer of cream, finally spread over this one-third of the fruit.
Cover all with the second disc of sponge Spain and spread it with the rest of the custard.
Make this a thin layer of cream and finish with the remaining fruit, placing it to the dome.
Cover the cake with the rest of the whipped cream, except a few tablespoons, which will serve for the final seal, then sprinkle with coarsely crumbled meringue shells.
Put the cream held aside in a pocket of fabric with a star nozzle and garnish the base and top of cake with rosettes.
Complete the decoration with strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, then rest the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
It's a sweet to be consumed during the day, both for the presence of ingredients that are fresh, tasted like cream and the cream, both to avoid that the fruit filling too much and bathes the pan of Spain.
