Tortillas
Instructions
Mix the cornflour with water; mix with hands until dough is soft but not calve (add more water if necessary).
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes and divide it into 12 balls, moisten with water if necessary.
Using a flat plate, press each ball between two sheets of wax paper until at least 18 cm in diameter, then gently remove the paper.
Cook the tortillas one at a time in a hot iron skillet (no oil) 1 minute per side.
Repeat with all the tortillas.
