Truffle eggs
Instructions
Halve the eggs, mix the egg yolks with the Pate and the truffle pasta.
Fill with the mixture of egg trays.
In a baking dish place a thin layer of bechamel sauce scented with dried and pureed onions and curry, arrange over the eggs, cover them with sauce and grated Parmesan.
Bake at 250 degrees for about 10 minutes.
