Characteristic of this simple recipe is brandy that floats on the water to soda.
Fill up to half a large glass to ' ballon ' or a tall tumbler with ice cubes or in one piece.
Pour the soda and then, carefully, brandy, sliding it along the inside wall of the glass because they do not mix with soda.
Serve with straw.
