Instructions

Peel the apples and remove the core.

Cut one half into slices and the other cubes.

Pass the Apple slices in the sugar.

Make them caramelize into a non-stick pan and place them in a radial pattern in a dish.

Melt the butter in the same skillet.

Add the diced Apple and cook for a few minutes.

Pour in beaten eggs.

Bring to boiling and serve on slices of Apple with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
