Instructions
It's a cocktail that combines France with Italy.
It consists of half from Saronno Amaretto, half from Cognac.
Prepares directly into the glass, the old fashioned.
You put a sugar cube and gets wet with a dash of soda, then you put the ice; on ice (on the rocks) pours Cognac and Amaretto and mixed garnish with orange slice and 1 1 icing to maraschino.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 cube sugar
- 1 dash of soda
- Ice
- 1/2 cognac
- 1/2 amaretto
- For garnishing:
- 1 slice of orange
- 1 icing to maraschino
