Brioches with candied fruit
Instructions
Open at half croissants; remove any crumbs and place in slow cooker 1.
Soak it with milk, then add the yolks and put the pot on the fire.
Cook the mixture, stirring until a thick cream for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and incorporate the cream thickens unmounted and candies.
Put the mixture in the refrigerator until very cold.
Stuff the croissants when serving.

- 4 sweet croissants
- 100 G = = Cream
- 2 egg yolks
- Milk
- 50 g of candied fruit
