Instructions

Squeeze the lemon into a bowl, add sugar and mix well.

Wash the fruit and put it out to dry on a towel.

Divide in two the grapes, give them the seeds and add them into the bowl with the sugar and lemon.

Divide into two apricots, remove the inner core, cut them to pezzetti, then put them in the bowl, too.

Stir well and place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Pour it all in the Blender jar, add the ice water, puree the mixture until you have obtained a well-blended Smoothie, pour into glasses and serve.
