Peaches with amaretti
Instructions
Wash peaches, make them Blanch in boiling water and let them cool in cold water; deprive them of the Peel, split in half and remove the core.
Finely crush the amaretti; put them in a bowl, add sugar, cream, liqueur and stir the ingredients with a wooden spoon until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Distribute the mixture in the prepared half peaches, lay them in a buttered baking dish and brush on the butter, divided into pieces and melted in a pan in a water bath.
Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and cook the peaches for 10-15 minutes until will be slightly au gratin.
Remove from oven and serve warm or cold.
