Instructions

Melt milk and butter in a pan, add the flour and the eggs.

Cook the mixture for a few minutes to fire tender, add pears cut into cubes and make the meatballs from the crowd.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a separate bowl, add the flour and poured the boiling milk, then set on fire sweet cream for a few minutes.

Add the rum and allow to cool.

Serve the meatballs with cream in a bowl, garnish with the meringhette.
