Pineapple and papaya sorbet
Instructions
Pour into a pan 150 cl of water, add sugar, put on the heat, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved; remove from heat and allow the syrup to cool.
Meanwhile, split in half lengthwise small pineapple and, after eliminating the cores thoroughly, using a small knife, remove all the pulp dividing it into small cubes; divide the diced papaya pulp.
Place pineapples emptied into freezer.
To mix the cubes of pineapple and papaya with lemon juice until you obtain a homogeneous compound.
pass it through a sieve, add the syrup mixture and mix with a wooden spoon.
Pour the mixture of pineapple and papaya in the ice cream maker and programmed to the time indicated by the instructions.
Resume pineapples flushed from the freezer and pour gently the pineapple and papaya sorbet is obtained by passing it through a pastry pocket with notched nozzle.
Place back in the freezer until serving.
