Rice with seaweed
Instructions
02266 RICE with SEAWEED INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 350 g of rice, 25 g of dried seaweed, 300 g of fresh mushrooms, 1 onion, thyme, fish or vegetable stock, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
CASE Brown with a little oil in a pan before algae soak for 1 hour in warm water and wring.
After a few minutes, add a little at a time the soaking water filtered, continue cooking for 30/40 minutes.
Saute sliced mushrooms and chopped onion with oil, then add the rice, stirring.
Sprinkle with 2 ladles of broth, stir, wait until it is absorbed and add another dose.
Shortly before turning off, add a little oil, chopped thyme and half of the algae, switch off and let flavour, then serve topped with the remaining algae.
