Sardine toast
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 kg.
Sardines, 12 slices of bread, 2 lemons, 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Clean the fish, remove the plug and open them.
Let them soak in plenty of olive oil, salt, lemon juice and a tablespoon of grated, for 12 hours.
Flavour mayonnaise with pepper and lemon peel then spalmatela over the toasted bread slices.
Placed over each a sardine and spolveratele with parsley.
