Instructions
00259 GRAPES to GOAT'S CHEESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 30 white grape berries, 300 g of fresh goat cheese (creamy type), 100 g of shelled and salted pistachios, a sprig of parsley, 10 Sage leaves.
Wash the grapes and dry it gently with a clean cloth.
Wrap each grape into a bit of cheese, helping you with your hands until it forms a smooth ball.
Crushed pistachios and roll half balls obtained.
Pass the remaining in chopped parsley and Sage prepared previously.
Serve.
