00310 COLORFUL CREAM CROSTINI with CHEESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of low-fat creamy cheese, 100 g of ricotta cheese, 20 croutons and toasted, sliced 50 g grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 tablespoon reduced almond powder, 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon whipped cream, salt and sweet paprika.
To decorate: petals and flowers of different flowers (rose, Daisy, violet, geranium, peach).
Place the cheese in a bowl.
