Instructions

00385 PUFF PASTRY STUFFED with INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE a box of wurberone with cured ham, 2 packs of ready rolled puff pastry, a ripe tomato, 100 g of ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, an egg yolk, a sprig of thyme.

Preparation time: 40 minutes.

Add the ricotta with a pinch of salt, pepper, shredded thyme and diced tomatoes; then add the sausage, cut into small cubes.
