Instructions

00432 BIGNE ' of PRIMROSES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE For the batter: 1 egg, 100 g of flour, 1 beer, 1 spoon baking powder salt, optional.

Primroses (preferably yellow and white), olive oil for frying.

Wash and drain the Primroses to dry them with the petals on paper towel, then gently remove only the flower from its stem and Calyx.

Prepare a batter by inserting into a bowl the flour, beer, salt, egg and stir for 1 minute.

Pour the batter into a bowl, dip the flower well lying in the batter, then for one minute in boiling olive oil.

Drain and serve with an aperitif.
