Instructions
Like all pousse-café, this drink must be prepared with great care, in order to prevent the ingredients from mixing with each other.
Pour the cocoa cream in a tall glass and tight.
You then slide into the glass, very slowly, the plum brandy, either on the back of a teaspoon.
United in the same way also the cream.

- 3 cl of prunella (plum brandy)
- 3 cl of whipping cream
