Celery with cheese and calendula
Instructions
00494 CELERY with Marigold and CHEESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 big white celery, calendula flowers 10 untreated, 100 g of gorgonzola cheese, 100 g of ricotta, 5 Walnut kernels, salt and pepper.
Clean the celery and choose the more tender inner coastline.
Wash and cut into 10 cm pieces.
Wash and dry the flowers of calendula.
In a bowl mix together the ricotta, gorgonzola, walnuts and 5-6 petal flowers, pepper and a pinch of salt.
Fill celery with the mixture and serve decorated with more flowers and petals.
