00674 PUFF PASTRY with GOAT CHEESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 round slices of soft goat cheese, a box of puff pastry, 2 pears, 100 g of mixed salad leaves (rocket, lettuce, Escarole, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
