Instructions

01483 green beans and POTATO FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4-6 PERSONS 600 g of yellow potatoes, tender beans 500 g, 100 g ham, 100 g of asiago cheese, 2 eggs, 2 shallots (or a clove of garlic and a small onion), 40 g of butter, a tablespoon of olive oil, marjoram, 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs 5 scoops of water, salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 200° Clean the beans, wash and boil them in salted water for 10 minutes.

Boil the potatoes cut into fairly thick slices with seasoning Marjoram for about 20 minutes.

Finish cooking, drain it all.

Sauté the shallots in 20 g of butter and a tablespoon of oil.

Add the beans, except a small portion that will serve as a garnish.

Add the eggs, salt, pepper and mix with the spatula.

Grease a mould to donut about 22 cm in diameter and spolverizzatelo with breadcrumbs.

Lying on the bottom of the mold half the potato slices.

Add the mixture of green beans, sliced asiago and cover everything with the ham.

Put the other potatoes, sprinkle with Parmesan and butter sprigs.

Bake in hot oven at 200° for about 20-25 minutes and gilded with a few minutes of grill.

Let stand a few minutes, then put holding aside with the potatoes.

Decorated with the beans kept aside and serve.
