Instructions

PROCEEDINGS Cook the rice in salted boiling water for about 20 minutes.

Five minutes before you finish cooking, add the carrots and courgettes cut into small cubes.

Meanwhile cut the ingredients into cubes.

Drain the rice well, pour into a bowl and add the other ingredients and three tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Add salt and mix well.

With the mixture fill a mold for small Donuts.

Press well and place it in the refrigerator for at least two hours.

When serving put the timbale on the plate and decorate with plenty of mayonnaise.
