Flan with tuna and shrimp

01451 TUNA and shrimp FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of tuna, 100 g of shrimp, 2 sheets of isinglass, 200 g water, 1 hard-boiled egg, a tablespoon of brandy, one of ketchup, a splash of Worcester, oil.
In a pot put the sheets of isinglass, add the brandy, water and shrimp and cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the drained tuna, boiled egg, ketchup and Worcester sauce, mix well until obtaining a cream, bake in a fish-shaped mold, previously greased with oil.
Let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
Put on a bed of lettuce and served with mayonnaise.
