Cheese flan (flan di formaggio)
Instructions
01099 CHEESE FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 150 g Gruyere, 1/2 litre milk, 4 eggs, 50 g of pitted olives, 2 tomatoes, salt, oregano.
Melt the cheese in milk at very slow fire.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes, season with salt and oregano, then let it sit in a colander to remove the water from the tomatoes.
Beat the eggs, flavour with salt, pepper and pour the milk, stirring continuously, add the chopped olives and tomato.
Mix well.
Pour everything into a buttered flan mould and bake in the oven in a Bain-Marie for about 45 minutes.
You can serve the flan cool or warm.
