Tuna and asparagus flan
Instructions
01127 TUNA and asparagus FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 12 slices of bread, 100 g tuna in oil, 6 anchovy fillets, 1 box of 1 kg asparagus.
1 jar of mayonnaise.
Remove the crust from the bread slices.
Passed in a blender the tuna and anchovies to get a cream finish.
Spread the slices of bread with mayonnaise and put them into a mold from cake alternating with a layer of tuna and asparagus, finished with a layer of bread.
Place in the refrigerator for an hour, drafted and cover with mayonnaise and decorate it with asparagus.
