01203 CHEESE TERRINE and walnuts INGREDIENTS 500 g of fresh cheese; 200 g of roquefort cheese.
100 g butter; 150 g shelled walnuts; Blend the two kinds of cheese with walnuts and butter, just enough to get a cream finish.
Put the cream into a bowl and refrigerate for 3 or 4 hours.
