Instructions
RICE with VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS 02146 4 PEOPLE 100 g of rice, 50 g of green beans, mushrooms, 5 2 1/2 carrot, turnip, 1 sprig of celery, 1/2 lemon, salt.
PROCEEDINGS Boiled Rice for about 5 minutes in salted water.
Add the green beans, sliced mushrooms, carrots and grated whole turnip, celery and simmer for 10 minutes.
Before serving the rice should be sprayed with lemon juice.
