Instructions

03770 CRESPELLE with CAULIFLOWER INGREDIENTS for 6 PEOPLE 12 ready-made crepes, 400 g of cauliflower florets, 50 g cooked ham cut into one slice, 70 g of fontina cheese, 1/2 onion, 1 pinch of nutmeg, 1 clove of garlic, 2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 1 dl cream, 30 g butter, salt, pepper.

PROCEDURE wash the florets of cauliflower and drain.

Peel the onion and garlic, wash and mince.

In a saucepan with the oil saute the chopped, add the cauliflower florets, let Cook 2 minutes mixing them and season with salt and pepper.

Add 1/2 glass of water and cook for 10 minutes.

In the meantime cut ham and cheese into cubes.

Drain the cauliflower florets, pass through a food mill and collect the past in the same Pan; Add nutmeg and let dry the mixture on moderate flame.

Turn off the heat and add the cubes of ham and cheese.

Arrange in the center of each crepe some stuffing and shut it a half-moon.

Place the crepes in a dish brush melted butter and drizzle with the cream.

Move the Pan in preheated oven at 180° c for 10 minutes.
