03400 PENNE RIGATE with TOMATO SAUCE Ingredients 400 g penne rigate; 600 g of ripe tomatoes; 6 tablespoons olive oil; Salt; Basil; 1 clove of garlic, Blanched tomatoes, remove the skin, seeds, acquosit? inside and cut them into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, add the tomatoes and the chopped garlic, stir and add salt.
Boil the pasta in salted water and drain nicely al dente.
Add the prepared sauce, stir and serve immediately by decorating with some basil leaves.
