03870 RIGATONI All'amatriciana INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of Diced Bacon, 90 g of olive oil 1 small onion, 600 g of peeled tomatoes, 1 chili pepper, grated pecorino, salt. Chop the onion, place it in a pan, add the oil and FRY for 3 minutes. Add the bacon and FRY for 5 minutes. Now add the tomatoes well drained, pepper, salt and cook for 18 minutes to 100ø, until a thick sauce well. Add the rigatoni and serve. Wish you can enrich with grated pecorino cheese.
