Instructions
Beat together the butter and sugar until the mixture is creamy, add sugar a little at a time.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Form with hands a cylinder with a diameter of 4-5 cm, wrap in foil and refrigerate over night.
Cut into thin slices (max.
3 mm) with a sharp knife.
Put in oven at 200 degrees on a buttered plate or covered with baking paper.
Bake for 8-10 minutes (do not must dusk too).

- 150 g of honey
- 600 G = = 00 Flour
- 250 g of skinless almonds chopped
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of ginger

- 1 tablespoon of baking
