Instructions

PIPE 03633 GREEN PEPPER SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 370 g of pasta type pipe rigate, 250 g of ripe tomatoes, a few tablespoons of tomato sauce, 3 green peppers, a clove of garlic, an onion, a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely with a Crescent. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and pith, then cut them into small pieces not too small. Wash tomatoes, cut them in half and remove the seeds and the vegetation water. Cut the flesh into cubes. In a large frying pan heat the oil and sauté the chopped prepared. Optionally, you can blow the dough directly into the pan with the sauce and serve immediately.
