FISHERMAN'S SOUP 04557 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg mixed seafood (mussels and clams), 200 g potato, 50 g of onions, 30 g butter, 200 g cooking cream, parsley, 1 l water, cloves, salt.
Fry the onion in a saucepan with the butter, add the peeled potatoes and cut into cubes and saute for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Pour the water and brought to the hob, then turn off and keep warm.
In a pan pour the seafood well cleaned, and cook for 15 minutes with lid.
When the mussels have opened, remove the fruit from the shell, pour about half in a blender and mince for a minute and add them to the soup.
