Herbs soup
Instructions
INGREDIENTS 4 700 g pulp PEOPLE beef, 700 g of potatoes, 100 g shallots, garlic clove, 4 tomatoes, 700 g of herbs, salt and pepper.
Preparation: 20 minutes cooking time: 1 hour and a half Calories: 468 PROCEDURE cut the meat into small pieces and place them in a saucepan with water, add salt and bring to a boil.
Cook for 30 minutes, skimming the stock from time to time.
Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into 1 cubes, 5 cm to the side and add them to the meat after 30 minutes of baking.
After 30 minutes, add the garlic and the shallots, peeled and cut into 5 mm slices.
After 15 minutes, add the washed and drained, herbs and tomatoes, washed and cut into wedges.
Finish cooking for 15 minutes and serve.
