Beer and cheese soup

04676 BEER and cheese SOUP INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE A l chicken stock, 15 cl of top-fermenting beer, a leek, a carrot, a stick of celery green, 150 g ham, 200 g cheese seasoned, 15 cl of cream, cayenne pepper, salt.
Cut the vegetables into small pieces and let them saute in butter.
Add the broth and beer and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
Cut the ham and cheese into cubes and mix them with the cream in the soup-tureen, add the hot broth and serve.
