Instructions

04424 RICE SOUP and ENDIVE INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 250 g of rice, 500 g Endive keep, 50 g of extra virgin olive oil, 500 g of water, nut, 2 tomatoes, grated Parmesan to taste.

PROCEDURE Put in a pot with oil, the onions and cook for 3 minutes, add Endive, tomatoes, water and die, Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the rice and cook for 15 minutes.

Pour into a soup tureen and serve hot with Parmesan.
