Instructions

04786 VICHYSSOISE of FIGS INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 2 12 figs, leeks, onion, a nut for vegetable stock, a pack of condensed milk, 50 g butter, mint leaves, salt and pepper.

Melt the vegetable nut in 750 ml of boiling water.

Fry the onion in the butter and the chopped leeks.

Before browned add the peeled figs, pour boiling broth them and cook over low heat 15 minutes.

With a hand blender puree everything together until you get a creamy finish.

Add the condensed milk and season with salt and pepper.

Leave in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
