Flavored tomatoes
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g tomatoes, 1 clove of garlic, 1 shallot, 1 sprig of wild fennel, basil, 5 g 5 g of parsley, 1 top of Rosemary, 1 tablespoon anise seeds, 3 tablespoons of white wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper.
Peeled and chopped PROCESS garlic and shallots; Peel and wash the herbs, then chop finely.
Put oil, garlic and shallots in a bowl suitable for microwaves and go in the oven, covered, at full power for 1 minute.
Add the herbs and anise seeds along with the wine, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoons of water and cook for 30 seconds.
Peel the tomatoes, wash them, dry them, cut them horizontally, i.e.
widthwise, to 1 cm thick slices, and joined to preparing.
Continue cooking for 3 minutes, then slate, pepper and serve hot or cold preparation.
