Green beans and herbs

05408 GREEN BEANS with eggs and FRESH HERBS INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 2 packs of frozen green beans, 4 eggs 100 g grated Gruyère cheese, 100 ml cream, 50 g butter, toasted bread triangles, thyme, oregano, mint, salt and pepper.
PROCEEDINGS Boiled the beans as indicated on the packet, drain them and let them jump in butter with chopped herbs, salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs, add the grated cheese and the cream, pour it over the beans, and cook over high heat, stirring constantly, just enough to firm up.
Serve with triangles of toast.
